We do not offer cash refunds. We have a 14 day exchange policy, and we will happily help you find the right Abigail's Jewelry piece or offer you a store credit.

Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned to our store or via mail.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.  They should be wrapped carefully and sent in a padded envelope to the following address:

Defective Items

If something arrives damaged, please contact us within one week of receipt at our store (631) 944-0373.  We will send you a replacement and advise you on how best to return the damaged item to us.
